EXCHANGE POLICY PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE? WANT A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE? You can initiate the size exchange request from the ‘My Account’ section with ease or by emailing us at support@houseofmiha.com, mentioning the new required size, and you will receive a response within 24 working hours. We will arrange for the pickup of the product delivered to you and procure a fresh piece in the new required size, which will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available. In case pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, the customer has to ship the product back to the House of Miha office at their own risks, costs, and responsibility within 7 days of receipt of the product. In case of a size problem, we can always facilitate an exchange to the size you need. For Size Exchanges, the product should be unused/unworn, and the tag should be intact, and the request should be raised within 7 days of delivery. Once a piece has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged a second time. If the new required size is unavailable, our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.
WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID? You can initiate the return request from the ‘My Account’ section or by emailing us at support@houseofmiha.com, mentioning that you need a STORE CREDIT for the product delivered, and you will receive a response within the next 24 working hours. We will arrange for the pickup of the product delivered to you. In case pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, the customer has to ship the product back to the House of Miha office at their own risks, costs, and responsibility within 7 days of receipt of the product. The product should be unused/unworn, and the tag should be intact, and the request should be raised within 3 days of delivery. As soon as we receive the product back, we will provide a Store Credit – adding an amount equal to the product value to your ‘House of Miha Account’. You can use this credit amount when you reach the cart/payment page of the website during your next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the product back.
